Frequently asked questions

The questions we're asked most, answered plainly. Can't find yours? Get in touch.

01

Can individuals book a case, or is IFA only for businesses?

Both. Individuals and families bring personal matters — wills, inheritance, zakah, home and car finance — while businesses and charities come for certification and structuring. Dispute resolution is open to everyone: individuals, families and organisations alike.

02

Do you issue formal Islamic rulings (fatwas)?

Yes. Advisory cases conclude with a clear Islamic ruling you can act on, issued under the oversight of IFA's Panel of Scholars.

03

Are your scholars recognised?

IFA's Panel of Scholars is chaired by Shaykh Dr. Sajid Umar and brings together qualified scholars alongside experienced industry practitioners. You can read every member's background on our About page.

04

What does it cost?

Most services show indicative pricing from £95, and the initial consultation for wills is free. Exact fees are confirmed on the booking portal before you commit to anything.

05

How do I get started?

Book your case through our secure portal — it takes a few minutes, and your case is then assigned to the right scholar. Prefer to ask something first? Just get in touch.

Still have a question?

Ask us directly, or book your case and speak to a qualified scholar — clear fees, confidential process, faith-aligned outcome.
